Flood Advisory issued November 5 at 3:52AM CST until November 5 at 4:00AM CST by NWS St Louis MO

The Flood Advisory will expire at 4 AM CST early this morning for a
portion of east central Missouri, including the following areas and
independent city, Jefferson, Saint Charles, Saint Louis and Saint
Louis City.

The threat for widespread flooding has increased over most of the
area. Therefore, part of the Flood Advisory has been replaced by a
Flash Flood Warning. Please refer to that bulletin for more
information.
