PROGRAM REVIEW COMMITTEE

Due to the recent Health Department Orders issued by St. Louis City and St. Louis County (the “Orders”) concerning the health of City and County citizens because of the Coronavirus (“COVID-19”), the Program Review Committee (“PRC”) will convene by video- or teleconference at the below-stated date and times.
This Notice is in accordance with Section 610.020 R.S.Mo. and a copy of this Notice has been posted on the Airport Authority Public Notices board prior to 1:30 pm on November 29, 2021. In accordance with Sections 610.021(1) and (14) R.S.Mo, the PRC may vote to go into closed session.
The PRC will review and take action on applications filed by firms for certification as a Minority and/or Women-owned Business Enterprise pursuant to regulations, rules, and program guidelines. The Agenda is attached, and items may be withdrawn or modified during the meeting at the discretion of the PRC.
