WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT
TO 6 PM CST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations up to one
  tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...City of St. Louis and surrounding areas.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. Icy conditions
  are likely to impact the Monday morning commute and could impact
  the evening commute as well.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
power outages. In Illinois, the latest road conditions can be
