The #Fediverse is based on the #ActivityPub protocol.

It is not owned by anyone.

There are multitudes of software and sites that communicate this way.

The one gaining traction right now is #Mastodon.

You should be able to change your provider and software you use for email.

Using the #ActivityPub protocol lets you do this.

This is the way.
