About Park Central Development

Park Central Development is a community development corporation that strives to strengthen and attract investment to neighborhoods throughout the St. Louis region. These neighborhoods include Bevo Mill, Botanical Heights, the Central West End, Forest Park Southeast, King’s Oak, Tiffany, and Midtown.  In addition Park Central Development contracts with neighborhoods and commercial districts throughout the City of St. Louis that are seeking assistance regarding neighborhood plans and the creation and/or administration of special taxing districts.

Formed in 2009, Park Central Development is a consolidation of the former Central West End Midtown Development Corporation and the Forest Park Southeast Development Corporation. The merger assisted in creating greater staff capacity and streamlined services to serve the central corridor of the City of St. Louis.
