An armed suspect was killed in a gunfire exchange with a St. Louis officer and an ATF special agent Friday morning. Police initially responded to that scene hours earlier and found one homicide victim dead near a front porch. And after the shootout, the armed suspect and two additional homicide victims were found deceased in the home.
