Teenager shot in Vandeventer Neighborhood

ST. LOUIS, Mo.-- A teen was shot in the Vandeventer neighborhood early Thursday morning. The shooting occurred just before 3 a.m. on West Finney Avenue. Police say the 19-year-old man was shot in the thigh and back. He is conscious and breathing. There is no word from the shooter.
