Just seven years after opening its doors in O'Fallon, Illinois, administrators at HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital are looking to expand.
“We’ve outgrown our hospital,” HSHS St. Elizabeth’s CEO Chris Clay told an O'Fallon City Council committee last week.
