Webb speaks to a lot of people who are nervous about starting the process in the winter months, but she promises it’s still a great time to sell and buy. As long as you or your agent do their due diligence to make sure the property is right for you, Webb can help you find that dream home. “It’s December, so people always ask, ‘Is it still a good time to sell my house?’ It absolutely is still a good time,” Webb said. “Don’t wait. Welch had previously been charged with aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer, aggravated reckless driving, possession of stolen vehicle and residential burglary. Those initial charges were filed prior to the death of the victim. On Nov. 14, 2022, Welch allegedly entered the residence of a Granite City woman with intent to commit a theft and stole her pickup.
