Police were called to the St. Clair Bowl Sunday night after a fight led to a shooting. Two people were struck by bullets and were taken to the hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.

But the man who claims to be surveilling parts of the city for profit wants aldermen to know that he’s not a fan.
