ARPA Community Needs Survey - STLCo

As families and small businesses continue to navigate the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have an opportunity to boost recovery efforts in St. Louis County through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. The purpose of this survey is to hear directly from residents how the County should consider investing a portion of these funds to respond to community needs.
